This includes your Discord Username, full Riot ID, OP.GG profile link, and a designated Payout Email address. We do not collect or store your credit card information directly; all financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for operational logistics. Riot IDs and OP.GG links are used manually and algorithmically to verify rank and balance team Matchmaking Rating (MMR). Your Discord username is used to assign necessary roles for communication. Your Payout Email is used exclusively to deliver your winnings if your team secures a victory.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third-party marketers or amateur esports organizations. We only share specific data with our secure operational partners: Stripe (for processing your initial entry fee) and Tremendous (for distributing your final cash payout). These partners are bound by their own strict data security protocols.

We retain operational records (bracket results, payout receipts, and intake forms) to comply with financial reporting standards and to maintain the integrity of our ban lists. We utilize standard encryption and access protocols to ensure your data remains secure.
