1. Age & Eligibility

The Q Hustle is strictly an 18+ platform. By submitting an entry fee and completing the intake form, you legally verify that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Skill-Based Competition (Not Gambling)

The Q Hustle organizes competitive video game events. This is a game of skill. Winners are determined solely by their individual and team performance within the League of Legends bracket. This platform does not facilitate wagering, betting, or games of chance. All entry fees are fixed and grant access to participate in our managed brackets.

3. The Refund Policy

• The Standby Protocol: If you pay the entry fee but our matchmaking algorithm assigns you to the Standby roster, and you do not play in an active bracket by 5:05 PM on match day, a full refund of your entry fee is automatically initiated.
• Sabotage Protection: If our admins verify that your team suffered a loss directly due to a teammate maliciously griefing, going AFK, or utilizing an undetected smurf account, victims on that team will receive a full refund or a free roll-over credit for the following weekend's bracket.
• Standard Losses: There are no refunds for standard bracket losses resulting from fair, competitive play.

4. Code of Conduct

Integrity is the foundation of this operation. Any player caught smurfing (using an alternate account to manipulate matchmaking), exploiting game mechanics, sharing accounts, or actively sabotaging their team will face an immediate, permanent ban from The Q Hustle platform. Entry fees for banned players are forfeit and will not be refunded.
